Yes. If you’re not medically eligible or decide not to go ahead before 24 hours before treatment begins, we offer refunds minus a small admin fee. Once medication is dispensed, refunds are not available.

Top at Home is available Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 9:30 PM. You can reach our team via WhatsApp, email, or phone during these hours. We aim to respond promptly and provide compassionate care throughout.
