- Cancelling the order within 2 hours of online booking makes you eligible for a 50% refund of the order amount. If we do not confirm the order under any circumstances, you can proceed with cancellation as well. However, for confirmed orders, cancellation may result in certain charges, as detailed in our refund policy.
- No cancellations are permissible for an order placed mistakenly, and the orders already processed and dispatched are not considered for cancellation. It is best to first confirm the products you wish to order and only then purchase them.
- For orders not yet processed, and if you wish any modifications in those, you may send us the request for what you are seeking rather than cancelling the order. If the adjustments are possible to make, our team will surely help you with that.
- If the order is about to be delivered and you put ahead a cancellation request, we cannot process the request. Thus, we recommend you check the cart and order placement before the purchase.
- If you have already received the items, we cannot acknowledge cancellations after that. This is because all the products shipped are thoroughly checked for quantity, quality, and all other aspects. Cancellations arising from you not wanting the product anymore cannot be accepted after the order delivery.
